Distance Selling Regulations
For UK or EU customers only, you have the right to cancel your order as long as you notify us in writing no later than 14 working days after the day on which you receive the products.
This is essentially a cooling off period of 14 days but does not mean that products can be worn or damaged (by customer) before a customer sends them back.
These legal rights do not apply to non-EU customers. If you are a non-EU customer and you change your mind about the products you have ordered, please see our general returns information.
If you wish to exercise your right to cancel your order after your order has already been sent, we will refund the original purchase price and delivery charge once we receive the products back (at our warehouse) and provided that you have notified us in writing no longer than 14 working days after the day on which you receive the Products, and that you have taken reasonable care of the Products and not used them. Please note that this refund will be in sterling (GBP), and because of fluctuating exchange rates may not equate exactly to the amount you paid.
The regulation states that we must refund your credit or debit card within 14 days of receipt of the goods back from you, this refund will include cost of the goods and the standard shipping cost back to us.
For a cancellation form please follow the procedure set out in our "How to Return a Product." or email customerservice@cuckooland.com and we will help you with the cancellation of your order.
Also please note that your right to return Products does NOT apply to Products which fall into the following categories unless they are faulty or not as described:
- Made to order, personalised or engraved products.
- Any worn or damaged items.
- Perishable products/goods (e.g. food).

If Products are faulty, damaged or not as described, the same will apply and we will refund standard postal charges as well. Please note that this refund will be in Sterling (GBP), and because of fluctuating exchange rates may not equate exactly to the amount you paid.
