Delivery and Returns
We offer free delivery to most of mainland UK. This excludes Zone C, Zone D (Scottish Highlands & Offshore, Channel Islands and Ireland) and other remote postcodes. Large Items (furniture & heavy goods)
Our furniture delivery partners deliver Monday to Friday, 8am-8pm (some may offer Saturday delivery). Depending on the item and your location, you may be able to choose a specific day for delivery via telephone, text or email. In most cases, you will receive a timed delivery slot 24 hours before. We do require someone to be at home to accept the delivery as goods will not be left unattended. The delivery crew will ring 30 minutes ahead of arrival to check you are home. If you are not home at to accept the delivery a £50 redelivery fee will be chargeable.

Small Items (homeware & gifts)
Our parcel delivery partners include Yodel, DPD and Parcelforce, and they deliver our smaller items. When your order is dispatched, you will be notified by text message with tracking and your delivery window. We aim to dispatch all ‘in stock’ items before 2pm Monday to Friday. If you order after 2pm on Friday, your items will be dispatched on Monday.

Returns
We offer a 30-day returns policy providing the item is unused and in the original packaging. Depending on the item size and weight, you can either use our Royal Mail returns service or we will collect the item. Charges apply for both options. Made-to-order and personalised items are non-returnable.

Husband and wife team Nick and Sarah make sails for ocean-going yachts... usually! More recently they’re designing unique Hanging Tents called Cacoons. In sail making, work took them to some pretty exotic locations, one such location, Mexico, inspired the idea that is now Cacoon. Nick, who started out as a fine furniture maker, is no stranger to creating unique tensile structures with fabric having worked on projects like The Eden Project and the Alpine House at Kew Gardens, and he had been commissioned to create a post-treatment relaxation chair or hammock by the luxury Spa Hotel in Cornwall 'The Scarlet'. Whilst out walking in Mexico, they came across a colony of weaver birds busy building their tiny woven hanging nests – their strong, safe bolt-hole in the jungle. This was the moment inspiration struck and by combining their furniture making expertise with complex sail cloth technology, 'Cacoon' was born. Like the weaver bird, you too can be hidden away and sheltered, comfortable and relaxed, cocooned alone, or together, in your own private world. A Cacoon in Cuckooland... its got a nice ring to it!
