1. Do they always have an ‘authentic’ ring?

Only if you like. There’s a certain pleasure to be had from a 60’s-esque ringtone clattering through your hallway, but our ring settings have an on/off switch, as we know 7am calls might be a bit much if they’re literally full of bells and whistles.

2. Where can I mount it?

Simply put – wherever you have a landline connection. Older properties might have strategically-placed phone jacks in areas such as the kitchen or hallway. For the average home, your phone line will likely be elsewhere, perhaps beside an internet port. So take a look for yours before you buy. Alternatively a simple phone extension lead will do the trick. 

3. Do they have modern buttons?
